UPDATE NUMBER 2

Ok let me clear some stuff up.  NO I'm not in ITALY...ahem Kevin, YES I'm staying in Prague and YES it is the capital of the Czech Republic.  YES the movie Hostel was filmed here and YES that freaks me out.  So we finally get to site see and whatnot on our first day.  The day after site seeing I sat in a room for 6 hours a day for 2 days learning how to speak Czech, I fucking went crazy.

Ok, we climbed like a million steps, no joke, to get to entrance of the Prague Castle and the view was breathtaking.  Too bad I couldn't enjoy it through all the sweating and panting.

Ok so here, your dog came come ANYWHERE with you.  Like in restuarants or pubs.  The other day I walked into a pub and a dog was sitting on the seat next to the owner and waitresses serve them too!

I have a lot pics from Kevin's camera that I'll upload later.  Prague has been fucking AMAZING so far.  I drink EVERY SINGLE night because hey after all beer here is cheaper than water, no joke.  One night we went out to a club and left when the sun started to rise so we watched it from Charles Bridge.  SOOO AMAZING!  I haven't even been here a whole week yet but made some awesome friends and soon we'll be working on taking photographs for the Prague Post, the largest english newspaper in the country.  I also didn't know that Prague has a small Vietnamese population from when they came here to work through the Communist relations.  Apparently they are second hated just behind the gypsies, great right?  I also do stupid things here like jump on subways by myself and ride for hours and get lost and realize I don't speak a word of Czech and take FOREVER to get home.  That day was scary.  anyways....Almost a week down, got 5 more weeks here to go!

umm... on Thursday I went to LONDON BABY!!!!  Spent two nights there, drained all my money and now on my way to Prague...btw I'm staying there for 6 weeks and will be back in Houston by July 12.  Tonight was my first night in Prague, beers are a dollar here.... and Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are staying at hotel within walking distance from me!! BTW KEVIN (bangbangchabooky) is fucking awesome for lending me his professional camera for my photography class in Europe.  I owe you my leg...maybe two because their short.

Yes, I stayed at a HOSTEL.  Not a hotel.  It was gross, small, community toilets, community showers.  I wanted to die.  BTW no air conditioning.

So many double deckers... and not a single one going left, which was the direction I needed to go.  Stood at the bus stop for an hour.  BTW subway system closes at midnight, don't get caught on the other side of the city when that happens.

It looks like a hotel, even has its own bathroom and kitchen.  Waited for an hour for my roommate to come only to find our group had an odd number so I get my own room!  I ate both mints on the pillows to celebrate.

First night here and I already drank a shitload of beer. It's fucking awesome, exchange rate is awesome.  Never go to London if you're broke and didn't plan ahead.  Europe doesn't use A/C  very often so I'm sweating balls.  Ok first update. enjoy America suckas!

It's official, I'm gonna be spending half of my summer studying abroad in Prague

and then after classes are done, I plan to make some friends and go backpacking through parts of Europe for about a week

In less than two months I'm hopping on a plane to go hang out with people from the Czech Republic.  I hear they have the best and cheapest beer in all of Eastern Europe and their prostitutes are hotter than Amsterdam's.  I'll just have to be the judge of that.  Whoohoo real European absinthe here I come!  I better brush up on my Slovak speaking skills.
